INGREDIENTS
(for 4 people)
- 4 legs of lamb
- 2 lamb tripe
- 2 lamb figs
- Blood
- 1 onion
- 2 bay leaf
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 handfuls of rice
- paprika
- Ground pepper
- Cumin
- Spicy to taste
Preparation
Wash the offal from the lamb and let it soak in cold water. Sauté the onion, garlic and bay leaf. Cook the legs and corns, and once cooked, add to the sauce along with paprika, pepper and cumin. Put to cook with rice, adding 5 glasses of water, until soft.
